Travis Bohling is a dedicated property manager at Renew Property Management, based in Port Orchard, WA.  Travis recognized early on that a career in real estate was the right path for him, with a clear vision of one day owning rental properties. He was presented with an opportunity to enter the field through property management, which provided valuable, practical experience in property maintenance, investment strategies, and client service. This role equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate operations while reinforcing his dedication to serving the community. Travis remains committed to supporting property owners, particularly during challenging times, by offering knowledgeable, dependable guidance and care. What Travis Bohling values most about his work is the variety of experiences he encounters each day and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Whether assisting tenants or supporting property owners, he finds fulfillment in helping people navigate their housing needs. With every new situation comes a chance to learn, grow, and refine his approach. For Travis, each interaction is more than a task—it’s a step toward building a stronger, more supportive community.  “The more we get to help, the more we can help make our community a better place to be.”

Travis’s favorite nonprofit organization is the Hometown Holiday Benefit (HHB), a cause that holds deep personal meaning for him. For the past 10 years, he has proudly served as both a volunteer and board member. Founded by his close friend Andrea Jairl, HHB is dedicated to supporting local Kitsap County families who are facing challenging circumstances. Each year, families are nominated by the public, and a family will thoughtfully selected by the HHB board.  The event is held every second Saturday of December, nad features around 50 local vendors, who not only showcase and sell their products, but also contribute items for a silent auction. One hundred percent of the proceeds raised during the event go directly to the selected family. For Travis, HHB is more than just an annual event—it’s a powerful way to give back, uplift neighbors in need, and help ease financial burdens during difficult times.
