In her role as Designated Managing Broker, Shari offers support and contract training to our agents to help enhance their productivity and profitability, while maintaining the Market Center culture.

Shari Royston is a licensed Managing Broker serving the Olympic Peninsula. Married to a Retired Naval Submariner, she offers a wealth of knowledge and resources for families transferring to the area. Shari’s high standards and dedication to her clients has made her one of the top agents in Kitsap County. Her knowledge of the market and industry helps clients feel at ease through the entire process. As a Certified Military Relocation Professional and as a military spouse, Shari understands what it takes to help military families buy or sell a home.
