On Thursday, May 14th, our agents had the privilege of working side by side with the future homeowners on-site. We spent the morning framing walls, building retaining walls, and painting exterior trim. We had a wonderful time collaborating with everyone and are deeply grateful to support these families on their path to homeownership.

About Kitsap Mutal Self-Help Housing
The Mutual Self-Help Housing program opens the door to affordable homeownership by bringing individuals and families together to build their homes alongside their future neighbors. Participants put in the sweat equity by completing about 65% of the construction work under expert staff guidance. Best of all, they are supported through every single step—from navigating home loans to the final build process from start to finish.
