Rachel was our fairy godmother when it came to buying our home.

This is the second home purchase Scott has been my realtor on. I cannot tell you how much easier it is to buy a home with someone who is truly on your side. He can help with setting up financing, and is well versed in military moves and VA requirements. I have watched him navigate complicated sales. He makes offers and negotiations flawless, and he never makes you feel like a burden(even if you know he had to take the ferry to meet you 4 times during the process). Lindsay is the best! She makes the home buying experience a breeze. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and hard working. She told us the first day we talked to her that some people end up finding and closing on a house in a month – and from that day to closing on our beautiful new home was 37 days! She is quick to respond and help you, which is key to alleviating first time homebuyer worries. We had what felt like a laundry list of questions, but she made the process so smooth.
