Excellent team! I was serving as personal rep for my late mother’s estate. The house was in rough condition and I had a pretty good sense it wouldn’t sell for a lot. When I contacted Jorge and laid out the situation, he got right down to business. He informed me the type of sale this would be and how we needed to go about it. I was pleased by this approach. During closing we hit a snag with the outstanding mortgage company because of a subsidy recapture and things got delayed. Despite my feeling uncertain about whether the sale might fall apart, Jorge was confident, reassuring, and gave me detailed instructions on what to do and what I could do. He even waited on hold with the mortgage company for nearly 2 hours in order to get answers on what was needed so we could close. I greatly appreciated this.
