Vanessa Harper has built her professional journey on a foundation of diverse experiences and entrepreneurial drive. Before entering real estate, she worked as an office manager for a heavy civil construction company, later stepping away to focus on raising her children. During that time, she launched an online resale business, showcasing her business acumen and adaptability. In addition, she spent the past 18 years working with various catering companies, honing her skills in organization, client service, and event coordination. She began her real estate journey in 2020, stepping into the industry at the encouragement of friends already working in the field. From the start, she joined the NJ Home Team, recognizing the value of collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Being part of a team provided her with the support and guidance needed to navigate the many facets of the real estate business, and she continues to thrive in that environment today. In 2024, Vanessa successfully closed 26 transactions, demonstrating her strong market expertise and dedication to her clients.
Vanessa initially joined Keller Williams to be part of the NJ Home Team, but she has stayed because of the unparalleled support, training, and community within the office. “I love what our office does for agents. Outside of real estate, Vanessa is actively involved in her community, often through her children’s activities. Most recently, she served on the parent committee for her son’s wrestling team, leading fundraising efforts and bringing parents together to support the team’s success. She also embraces the region’s outdoor lifestyle, always ready for an impromptu paddle boarding adventure on a nearby lake or the Puget Sound.
