Rachel Harris began her journey into real estate in 2006 when she purchased and flipped her first home—and instantly fell in love with the industry. By 2007, she had turned that passion into a career while living in North Carolina. While living there she worked with a team managing hundreds of short sale listings. After moving to Washington, Rachel spent eight years working at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard before ultimately deciding to go back to her true calling. In 2018, she made the leap into full time real estate, combining her experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to help others navigate the world of buying and selling homes.
Rachel chose to make the move to Keller Williams Greater 360 because of its supportive culture, commitment to ongoing education, and incredible opportunities for professional growth. “As the ‘unofficial Mayor of Bremerton’, I try to stay very involved in the community with volunteer and social effort,” Rachel says. She holds an annual book drive each year that benefits the Kitsap Foster Care Association, in which last year she was able to deliver over 1,000 books to Kitsap Foster Care Association’s Christmas gift day. Rachel is also actively involved with the Bremerton Foodline and the Bremerton Backpack Brigade.
