Kelsey Ramirez has been in the real estate industry for 7 and a half years. Kelsey met her business partner, Jorge Downie, while they were both en route to the same training seminar across the water—a connection that would prove to be a pivotal moment in her career. Together they build out their vision of their team, the Kelsey and Jorge Real Estate Team. Achieving her Managing Broker’s license was a personal and professional goal for Kelsey, one she proudly reached a few years ago. As a former teacher, Kelsey has a natural passion for educating others. She enjoys mentoring fellow agents and takes pride in helping them become the most knowledgeable and confident contractual professionals they can be.

Kelsey and Jorge founded Closings for Classrooms, a give-back initiative where each home closing supports a local teacher or classroom—an effort especially close to Kelsey’s heart as a former teacher herself. Committed to supporting local education, Kelsey and Jorge organize an annual Teacher Supply Drive for the North Kitsap School District. Now in its fourth year, the drive provides essential classroom supplies to underserved students throughout the area.
