Joey Soller is a seasoned commercial real estate professional whose 30-year career has been shaped by responsibility and service to both clients and her community. Her interest in real estate evolved into focusing on commercial, valuations, land use and public service. She has worked extensively across Western Washington, including Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, Pierce, and King Counties. She is highly experienced in managing complex listings, negotiations, and valuations across diverse types of commercial transactions. As well as helping navigating zoning, financing, feasibility, and long-term positioning. Joey learned that real estate is not just about properties, but about systems (regulations, environmental constraints, financing and public process).
Joey is very involved with public service, including serving on the City of Poulsbo’s Planning Commission and previously working with Kitsap County. She not only assists her clients with buying, selling, or leasing property, but with understanding how their decisions will impact their future. Her guiding principle is simple: serve with empathy, listen with purpose. Joey measures success not only by closed deals, but by her clients feeling informed, respected, and confident in their decisions. Joey also runs the Poulsbo Washington Facebook page, which reaches more than 800,000 visitors every 26 days and connects nearly 30% of Poulsbo residents. The page has become a trusted space for sharing accurate information, local resources, and keeping community conversations going.
