Before beginning his real estate career, Jeremy Hadfield spent 23 years serving in the U.S. Navy. Licensed since November 2025, Jeremy has focused his first year in real estate on learning the business, building meaningful relationships, and becoming a trusted resource for those in his network who have real estate questions. Many of the lessons Jeremy learned during his time in the Navy continue to shape the way he approaches real estate today. Communication, preparation, accountability, and taking care of the people around him are values he brings to every client relationship. For Jeremy, real estate is about more than helping someone buy or sell a home. It’s about earning their trust, providing honest guidance, and building relationships that go beyond the transaction. That’s the kind of business Jeremy is committed to building for the long run, and the kind of agent he strives to be for his clients and community.
Jeremy knew he had much to learn coming into a completely new industry. When he began looking for a brokerage, training and mentorship were at the top of his list. A lot of Jeremy’s community involvement revolves around youth sports and the military and veteran community. Service has been an important part of his life for as long as he can remember, from his years in the Navy to the years he has spent coaching and working with kids. For the last five years, he has coached his son in ice hockey, and is now the incoming president of the Bainbridge Island Roller Hockey Association. Now, through his work in real estate, Jeremy has another opportunity to serve the community he calls home. At the end of the day, his goal is simple: to help people, be someone they can count on, and make a positive impact in the community he serves.
