Hollie Kaiser began her real estate career in Kansas and Missouri in April 2022, helping first-time homebuyers and military families navigate the homebuying process. In June 2025, she relocated to Kitsap County to join her sister, Jennifer Moretty, and the Moretty Group. Today, Hollie is proud to help clients throughout Kitsap County and the surrounding areas. She is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients and their goals, and she loves being part of such an important milestone in someone’s life, knowing that every client and every story is different. Since starting her real estate career, Hollie has truly loved very minute of it.
Hollie started with Keller Williams in Kansas and later transferred to Keller Williams Greater 360 when she moved to Kitsap. She chose and stayed with Keller Williams for its training, resources, reputation, and especially its culture. She loves being part of an environment where there’s always something new to learn and room to grow. She also feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside Jennifer, and her nephew, Tanner Moretty. They work hard, support each other, and have plenty of fun along the way! Being part of the Moretty Group has made a huge difference in Hollie’s growth as an agent and the success of her business.
Hollie loves getting involved in the community because she believes real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes; it’s about building relationships and feeling connected to the place you call home. She’s part of a local walking club, which for her is a fun way to stay active and meet new people. She also enjoys hosting client events throughout the year, giving her a chance to catch up with current and past clients outside of a real estate transaction. Those connections are one of her favorite parts of the business!
