Jason Oberholtzer was our realtor when we searched for a home and he was very nice to work with. He was so welcoming and friendly at our first meeting and his warmth carried through all our months of searching. We made a few offers on homes and he was receptive to our suggestions and answered all of our many questions. He was patient with our ups and downs of offering on a home but us not getting our offer accepted. Because we did not live in the area yet Jason accommodated us by video as needed until we could view a home in person. During the purchasing of the home we finally bought, Jason was in constant contact with us by giving us weekly goals and updates. He was always available.
