Scott Walker launched his real estate career in 2022 with Keller Williams Greater 360, initially joining a team alongside his longtime friend Daniel Baker, a fellow firefighter and EMT. He expanded his experience as a member of the Royston Team for about a year, where he received hands-on mentorship from Shari and Karl Royston and built a solid understanding of effective client care and real-world real estate practices. Now Scott works with his wife, Michelle, together as a team, serving clients side by side.
Initially Scott chose to join Keller Williams because of his partnership with Daniel, who was already with the brokerage. After attending a few meetings, Scott knew being at Keller Williams was more than that. He was especially drawn to the strong culture, collaborative community, and positive environment Keller Williams offered, which quickly made the brokerage feel like home. Being surrounded by experienced and supportive agents has played a significant role in his professional growth and continues to influence how he approaches and operates his business.
Community involvement is a huge part of both Scott and Michelle. Scott serves as a firefighter and EMT, which keeps him closely connected to the people and neighborhoods they serve. Michelle is an oncology nurse in Silverdale and Poulsbo.
