After serving 20 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy, Aaron Coffey joined the McArdle Team, carrying forward his commitment to service, integrity, and putting people first. Before stepping into real estate, Aaron worked as a personal trainer, handyman, and facility manager—roles that strengthened his problem-solving skills and passion for helping others. Today, he continues to serve his community through real estate with the same dedication and care that have defined his entire career. Aaron understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a significant life moment. “Community and connection are at the heart of everything I do,” he says. He leads a men’s breakfast at his church centered on faith, leadership, and personal growth, providing a space for men to support one another and strengthen their families. Family is his anchor and greatest joy, and he intentionally makes time for them in his life and schedule. Aaron and his family also seek opportunities to give back to their city, such as providing seating for the Port Orchard Night Market to support local vendors and create a welcoming environment for families. For Aaron, real estate is another way to serve—helping people establish roots and thrive in the place they call home.
